Coach Shawn is a Navy Veteran with over 20 years of fitness training experience. He is a certified personal trainer and offers a variety of training plans to meet your fitness goals. Coach Shawn is the primary personal trainer for clients enrolled in the Small Group Personal Training Program.

Coach Nini has over 15 years of combined experience in health coaching & fitness training. She is a Registered Nurse and holds certifications in Group Fitness Instruction, Personal Training, Health Coaching, and Nutrition Coaching. Coach Nini is passionate about educating and leading her clients to live a healthy lifestyle. In addition to training alongside Coach Shawn, she is ANU’s Health & Nutrition Coach.

Our Personal Trainers are professionally certified and are available to lead you in achieving your fitness goals. All training sessions are specifically targeted to your needs, working within your fitness levels with the goal to improve your overall health and well-being.

Covid 19 Updates

Our Commitment To Your Safety

ANU Fitness is committed to keeping our members, staff, and community safe during the COVID-19 crisis. We believe that exercising is extremely important for our health and we want to continue  to provide that service to our community in a safe training environment. Since reopening in June 2020, we have implemented several new protocols to move forward in operating during this national crisis.

This has included:

  • Requiring pre-screening for COVID-19 before services are rendered

  • Limiting the amount of clients in our facility to no more than ten per session

  • Temperature checks upon entering our facility

  • Social distancing signage and markers in training area

  • Required hand washing before training

  • Increased hand sanitizer stations in training area

  • Frequent equipment & facility cleaning with the use of medical grade products

  • Requiring staff to wear masks while training

We will continue to evaluate and update our protocols based on CDC recommendations. We look forward to the opportunity to help you achieve your fitness and health goals in the safest way possible.
